François Quereuil
SVP Product Innovation at JEN
With over 25 years of experience in the audio and media technology industry, Francois is a passionate and visionary product leader who has driven innovation and growth for the most widely used and beloved audio technology tools in the world.
After a first tenure at Avid in the early 2000s that took him from France to the UK and eventually to the San Francisco Bay Area, Francois returned to Avid in 2018 to run Pro Tools product management when software subscription was in its infancy, and was quickly promoted to lead development, innovation, and go-to-market strategy for the market-leading suite of audio production tools for music, tv/film post, and live sound. Upon leaving Avid in 2024, Francois became a strategic advisor to Sony, where he supported the commercial launch of the groundbreaking 360 VME solutions (Virtual Mixing Environment), emulating the real-life listening experience of any studio with up to 9.1.6 monitoring capabilities in headphones, promising to revolutionize immersive audio production in the near future. Early 2025, Francois took on a new challenge as SVP Product Innovation at JEN, a next-generation, high-fidelity, ethically-trained, AI-driven music creation platform.

dr Tomasz Żernicki
Co-founder and first CEO of Zylia
Serial entrepreneur and audio engineer passionate about building and scaling audio companies.Co-founder and first CEO of Zylia, a company providing 3D audio recording and music production tools. The company’s flagship product, the ZYLIA ZM-1, has been recognized by the industry worldwide and has won awards in the US, such as Best in Show Summer NAMM. As an active member of the Audio Engineering Society, he publishes scientific articles, gives lectures, supports local student communities and is a reviewer of doctoral theses at universities in the US. He has co-authored more than 100 scientific publications and more than ten international patents.

Rodrigo J. Ibieta
Director of Hardware Product Management at Universal Audio
Rodrigo Ibieta has spent his entire career within the musical instruments and audio sectors. He is currently the Director of Product Management for Universal Audio’s hardware line, which includes Apollo and Volt audio interfaces, UAFX pedals, microphones, and more. He has previously worked for Apple, Beats, Fender, and Guitar Center in Product Management and Sales roles. He has been writing and recording songs for 20 years as a multi-instrumentalist player.
