About the project

One of the key product lines has experienced dynamic growth which resulted in product managers being heavily engaged in operations. The audit had a goal finding improvements to the NPD processes so product managers can spend more time working on developing their products.

Following PDMA Framework we identified improvements in product areas: managing product portfolio, tools and metrics and team roles that are to accomodate further growth

Audit identify key user support processes improvements needed to significantly reduce product managers workload not related
